How to order
We sell via the shopping basket method. Once you have made your selection, click on the item and add to you your shopping basket. When you have selected the item/s you want click on checkout. Once at the checkout you will be asked for the information required to proceed with your order. We take payment by credit or debit card and paypal. If you wish to pay by cheque please email or phone us. Callers can pay cash.
Orders may be shipped via postal service or courier at our discretion. Please note we will only dispatch plants from Monday to Wednesday to ensure plants are not left in a depot over the weekend. So if an order is placed on a Thursday it will be dispatched the following week. We can currently only ship within the UK due to the new Plant Passport legislation that was introduced in December 2019.
If you are unhappy with your plant/s, please return them in their original packaging within 14 days. Please note the return shipping will be at your expense. Once received and checked that it is in good condition we will refund the full amount of the plant. If a plant has arrived damaged due to carriage please notify us immediately. We will require a photo of the damage and agree a resolution with you directly.
Your personal details are used only to process your order. We do not keep or pass any personal details on to 3rd parties.
